HOPE Scholarship is only for students who live in Georgia??
I’m living in GA, but I want to study in another state. I just wanna know if I move to another state, can I still apply for HOPE? I’m eligible for HOPE Scholarship…

No, if you are HOPE eligible it has to be used for a school within the state of Georgia – the HOPE is funded by the state lottery and is only for residents attending Georgia schools. It’s a pretty good deal getting your tuition/fees paid for (as long as you continue to maintain at least a 3.0 GPA), and there are some excellent schools in Georgia.
