Financial Aid or Scholarship Help?

I am a stay at home mom trying to finish her RN degree. I am at a point now where I cannot continue to go part time ( actually 1-2 classes online a semester) and need to go full time to the actual hands on RN program. The problem is that we cannot afford for me to pay for full time school and daycare for my 2 kids. I have tried applying for the Pell Grant for the past 3 years but they said my husband makes too much. We are sitting right on the fence finacially to where there isnt any extra money left after household bills but we are not in need of goverment aid. Im am in the process of applying for scholarships as they come up but is there any avenue I might have missed. I am reluctant to get loans because I do not want to become finacially burdened with extra bills, we run a tight budget now to make sure we do not run in to trouble in the future. Thanks for your help

You said you were not eligible for Pell, but are there other institutional grants/scholarships you could be considered for? Below are some links to some scholarship pages as well.

You should talk to a financial aid officer at your school – s/he would have better/more information about scholarship/grant possibilities for your situation.

Good luck!
