Good for you. The FAFSA is free. The correct website is www.fafsa.ed.gov.

Those people are trying to rob you out of your money and they might be trying to steal your indentity. This is the first time I have ever heard of this website, and I must say it’s downright scary and dishonest. The creators know that many students may erroneously use the .com address and they try to make it seem like it is one big difficult task to fill out the FAFSA. The FAFSA is easy to complete! You need your parents 2006 Income Tax and other information about their assets, income, and your assets and income as well. As long as you are providing the correct information, no one or nothing can affect your financial aid eligibility, not even paying others to do the FAFSA for you. You can easily file a FAFSA for the 2007-2008 school year online for free. FAFSA will never ask you for a dime. Remember, it is a government website so the url alway ends in .gov. Here is the actual website: http://www.fafsa.ed.gov/index.htm

It is absolutely free to file a FAFSA. You must go to www.fafsa.ed.gov. Any other website will charge and is not secure. Your data may be used in identity theft.

I don’t think it is….I’ve never been charged for anything.. Be wary.. I hope you didn’t enter private information already. Go to your school’s website and follow the link.
